Apartment 7 is small house in the back of the main apartment complex. Includes a patio, table and chairs, place for a barbecue, parking by the house. Latte beige walls with white trim, hardwood floors.
Living Room: Sofa, chairs, 32-inch television with dvd player, basic cable. Closet with ironing board, iron, vacuum.
Dining Area: connected to living room, table for two, small electric fireplace.
Kitchen: Range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, teapot, toaster, table settings for four, utensils, wine glasses, set of cooking pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, salt and pepper shakers, sugar bowl and more.
Bedroom: Queen-size brass bed, comforter, fresh sheets, extra pillows, night stand, five-drawer chest, extra wood cabinets for additional storage.
Bathroom: Pedestal sink, clawfoot tub/shower combo, sliding barn door on closet, fresh towels.
The following applies to ALL Fountain Tech apartments: non-smoking, utilities and wi-fi included. Dogs negotiable: If accepted: additional deposit for each pet, plus additional maintenance fee of $50 per pet and additional monthly rent of $50 per pet.
